Who is responsible

The publisher of KiraBench, a private individual in France (see the legal notice). Contact: contact@kirabench.com.

What we collect

• Model alerts: your email and the GPU memory size you choose. Used only to send an alert when a new model takes the top spot for that size.
• Newsletter (optional): only if you tick the box. Used to send new videos and tests, about once a week.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). The newsletter box is never pre-ticked, and the results stay free to read without giving any email.

Who processes it

Alerts are not open yet, so no email is collected today. When they open, emails will be stored and sent by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our email provider. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or 3 years after your last interaction with our emails, then deleted.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent at any time (one-click unsubscribe link in every email), or write to contact@kirabench.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers or fonts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log your IP address for security, as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
